Guest talk by Dr. Junsoo Kim
Junsoo Kim is a postdoctoral researcher at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 2020 from the Seoul National University. In his talk, he will summarize the notion of encrypted control and briefly review seminal and recent studies. Approaches based on homomorphic encryption, multi-party computation, and secret sharing will be discussed and compared with respect to computational complexity, communication load, enabled operations, and security. Finally, current challenges in encrypted control will be investigated.
