Starting with the next winter term, we offer a new M.Sc. course on Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs) for Systems and Control.

Many challenges in control engineering can be efficiently handled and solved using linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Examples include stability analysis, robust controller design, or constrained handling. The course provides an introduction to the powerful framework of LMIs, points out applications in systems and control, and discusses efficient numerical solutions. See the course description for more information.
