Research interests

  • networked and encrypted control (cloud-based, multi-agent systems, homomorphic encryption, multi-party computation)
  • optimal and robust control (linear/nonlinear/explicit/robust MPC, time-optimal control)
  • global optimization (convex underestimators) and scientific computing (interval arithmetic, automatic differentation)
  • applications include, e.g., robots swarms, smart grids, steam / wind turbines, and geothermal power plants
